Under Michele Harrington’s leadership, the company achieved its best year on record in 2021. As of July, it had a total of $5.013 billion in sales volume.

Harrington worked to revive the company’s culture of family and fun, once it was safe to do so. She brought back beloved events and introduced others that are meant to become new traditions.

Harrington serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®. She is also a federal political coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS®.
