Over the past year, @properties has tripled the size of their engineering team, developed several new pl@tform tools and acquired a luxury lead-gen company, all under the leadership of Mike Golden. His full service real estate company also launched four new franchises across the country, highlighting their growth in 2021. “At @properties, we’re always focused on raising the bar for our industry in terms of marketing, technology and services,” he says. “We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and see a lot more opportunity for growth as we expand nationally.”

With a focus on client relationships, streamlining the real estate transaction process and providing educational tools to agents, Golden led the launch of @academy, a learning system that allows agents to access @properties’ full curriculum of coach and training programs. He also helped develop an open house sign-in app, a digital listing presentation app and an AI-powered move predictor software—all of which integrate with foundational pl@tform apps.
