Mike Reagan

As senior vice president of industry relations and global growth and development at RE/MAX, LLC, Mike Reagan oversees various aspects of the company and is an advocate for community service and human rights.

In addition to heading global development for RE/MAX, LLC, Reagan also leads The RE/MAX Collection, which serves affluent buyers and sellers, and RE/MAX Commercial, which has grown into one of the top commercial brokerage networks in the world under his direction. Furthermore, Reagan manages RE/MAX’s relief efforts, its commitment to local communities through a decades-long partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals that has generated over $150 million in donations, and industry partnerships focused on inclusion and diversity in real estate.

A proponent of action, Reagan joined NAGLREP at the group’s annual policy conference in April 2019 and returned championing the Equality Act, which would federally prohibit discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation. He launched corporate support of the bill, ultimately leading to RE/MAX joining the Business Coalition for the Equality Act.
