Nishika Green

Nishika Green, a veteran with over 25 years of industry experience, spent 2025 revolutionizing agent development and culture across HomeSmart’s Eastern Region. Supporting over 4,000 agents from Maine to Florida, Green spearheaded the launch of the “DMV Elite Group,” a specialized division designed to foster community and collaboration among the top 10% of producers in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets. Central to her 2025 impact was the execution of her “Riches in Niches” curriculum, a high-impact training program that empowered agents to achieve growth by mastering specific market segments.

Green’s leadership significantly increased productivity and GCI in the Mid-Atlantic region through targeted workshops on listing presentations, contract mastery, and effective prospecting. Beyond financial metrics, she prioritized agent well-being by launching a 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge, reinforcing a culture of holistic success.

A former NAR “30 Under 30” honoree, Green views her role as one of mentorship and service, as she’s found “cultivating culture and introducing new agents to our industry” to be the most rewarding. “I find my role as a stewardess of positive culture to be rewarding in my ability to show agents that even as independent contractors they don’t have to run their businesses alone,” she says.
