Olesya Drozdova, Spencer Hoo, Tricia Lehane, Yami Martinez and Karen Smith, organizers for REAL Estate Pros Without Borders, knew that, as a team, they could keep spirits high and share hope with the real estate community, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. By developing a plan of action, they were able to host a worldwide call, sharing information, regulations and allowing agents to give updates on their marketplaces. The team evaluated the situation in all different parts of the world and used this information to educate industry professionals on how to conduct business, such as adjusting to new conditions.

In addition, they set up weekly Zoom meetings, allowing agents to exchange perspectives and share opportunities, as well as educate and empower the global real estate community with the vision to overcome fear and encourage and implement new tools to help pivot new business plans. They also added networking sessions, bringing connections and business opportunities to professionals across the globe.
