Pascal Nicolai, founder and CEO of Sabal Development and Sabal Luxury Builder, uses his own construction company to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and meet high standards. In 2022, the companies bought and sold more than $65 million in luxury custom single-family homes in South Florida.
