Under the leadership of Rich DeNicola, the Realogy Expansion Brands portfolio, including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and ERA®, saw major growth and retention in 2021. Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate welcomed 14 new firms throughout the first two quarters of 2021, and DeNicola also led the resurgence of the ERA Powered® affiliation model, a key differentiator in the industry.
