As the CEO of ReferralExchange, Scott Olsen has led the firm’s expansion and growth to position it as a leading real estate referral network by developing new products that optimize how real estate agents handle leads and potential real estate referrals. He has also overseen and nurtured key strategic partnerships that have further strengthened the company. Under his leadership, ReferralExchange has experienced exponential growth, achieving more than 215,000 agent-to-consumer matches in 2017.
Founded in 2005, ReferralExchange is a nationwide platform for real estate agent referrals, allowing agents to facilitate service for their clients across all geographies and price points in the U.S. Every month, the company is responsible for processing agent-to-agent client referrals representing billions of dollars of property value.
Prior to ReferralExchange, Scott worked at several firms in equity research, investment banking and venture capital. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
