If it was not obvious from her unique title, Tanya Reu-Narvaez has one overarching focus at Realogy. But what does it actually mean to emphasize and elevate the human element in real estate?

This past year, it meant a tremendous investment in diversity, equity and inclusion and supporting all real estate professionals from every background.

In 2021, Reu-Narvaez catalyzed major partnerships with advocacy organizations and trade associations including the Asian Real Estate Association of America, The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the National Association of Minority Mortgage Professionals. She also led an industry-first initiative to invest in the success of diverse brokerage owners, as well as driving further education in fair housing laws. All of this work comes back to one priority: the empowerment of all people in her company, and in all of real estate.
