Tom George

Constellation Real Estate Group

With decades of experience in the real estate technology market, Tom George serves as vice president of Business Development for Constellation Real Estate Group (CREG), part of the Perseus Operating Group and a division of Constellation Software Inc.

In this role, George spearheads acquisition efforts and co-manages the portfolio of companies that make up CREG. He says that, with the addition of four acquisitions in 2019 and by entering two new markets—mortgage and predictive analytics—CREG has created what is arguably the largest portfolio of software providers in the residential real estate industry, currently serving over 500,000 customers with 400 employees.

George has spent over 25 years acquiring and managing technology companies and the last 20 years in the real estate and home builder verticals.
