Troy Hebert was promoted to the newly created position of regional vice president in 2021. He worked to define the role, establish connections with each market and identify obstacles to success.

Hebert organized community funds and supply drives to ensure that his agents and employees were safe and had essential supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also sponsored the 2021 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.
