Victor Lund supported the growth of the newest brokerage-owned MLS serving Louisiana, as well as the continued growth of the Broker Public Portal, which gives brokers direct access to free leads and listing exposure. Lund also helped launch Broker Resource Network, which connects more than 150 brokerages across the United States to share best practices and research and to discuss industry trends.
In addition, Lund launched WAV Group’s Mergers and Acquisitions division, researched the impact of the Clear Cooperation Policy, initiated a discussion related to brokers’ use of forms in software, and contributed to an industry discussion on DEI.
