New Director of People Strategy Joins ProspectsPLUS!

RISMEDIA, May 8, 2007—ProspectsPLUS! continues to grow their family of account executives across the nation and have just welcomed Jonathan Lunsford aboard as the new Director of People Strategy to spearhead their recruiting efforts in key market areas.

Hailing originally from the suburbs of London, England, Lunsford brings an extensive background in recruiting and sales and believes his experience will bring tremendous insight while searching for the right people to represent this real estate industry innovator.

The demand for advanced training initiatives, products, data mining services and end-to-end marketing solutions drove the company to further expand their recruiting efforts.

“Finding the right balance and the right blend of people has always been critical to our organization,” says company President Jim Morton. “Our goal to be an ongoing resource and support system for our clients is a very large part of the foundation for us. We are looking to have twenty five talented people in all essential markets of the United States and Canada, ready, willing and able to provide high-quality service and training.”

“This growth also ensures all of our Account Executives have the ability to generate a good living for themselves while establishing long-term, rewarding relationships with brokers and agents in their respective areas,” Morton added.

The core of the ProspectsPLUS! “people strategy” system provides new recruits with intense training, cutting-edge products, the flexibility to manage their time effectively and a realistic earning potential of $50,000- $80,000 the first year, based on performance and residual income.

According to the company, candidates must have a strong work ethic, character and integrity. The ability to develop and qualify business opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, networking, sales skills and professionalism also is a must. Positions are still available in Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Bakersfield, CA; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Hartford, CT; Indianapolis, IN; Nashville, TN; Louisville, KY; and Toronto, Canada.
