RISMEDIA, July 2, 2007–Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, honored its top 50 franchise companies at the organization’s annual Gibraltar Circle Conference. The event was held June 24-27 at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in Quebec, Canada.
“The Gibraltar Circle award is the highest honor bestowed upon a Prudential Real Estate affiliate company,” said Laurie Keenan, president, Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. “These companies made key decisions that kept performance strong. They used the changing market as a time to focus on their vision and grow market share.”
Gibraltar Circle companies hail from all over North America. Honorees range in size and sales volume, from a 93-office company generating $19 billion in sales volume to a two-office affiliate producing more than $550 million. Their business models range widely as well, carefully tailored to their respective markets.
Of course, the companies share many qualities exhibited throughout the Prudential Real Estate Network, including a high degree of customer service, reliability, trust and corporate citizenship. Gibraltar Circle companies in 2006 contributed several million dollars to charitable organizations supporting children, education, health care and much more.

Honorees also attended strategic and inspirational presentations by motivational speakers Mike Lipkin and Dr. Peter Hanson, and identity theft expert John Sileo.
Lipkin, president of Environics/Lipkin, specializes in helping people leverage social values to boost their personal productivity and build strong teams around themselves to reach their goals.
Hanson uses laughter to inspire audiences to achieve results despite high levels of stress. He is the author of The Joy of Stress, and heads the Hanson Peak Performance Institute at Porter Hospital in Denver.
Sileo is the author of Stolen Lives: Identity Theft Prevention Made Simple and president of a consulting firm that helps corporations proactively protect their privacy. Sileo became an expert in identity theft prevention and mitigation strategies after his own identity was stolen. His identity was used in a series of crimes.
