Huff Realty Associates Graduate Training Program, Improving Sales, Confidence, and Satisfaction

RISMEDIA, July 23, 2007—Huff Realty associates participated in a 9-week Leader’s Choice program, resulting in 94 graduates this spring. These agents averaged better than 1.4 transactions per person per week which resulted in an overall business increase of 191%.

The onsite training, taught by Mark Leader, included a non-stop energetic atmosphere from week one. As a result from the training, participants scheduled three listings per week, listed properties at the right price, terms, and commission, and closed more sales with fewer offers. What’s more, the course also encouraged agents, by suiting them with over 100 sales techniques for handling objections.

“The more listings you have, the more successful you will become,” said Kathy McGraw Comisar, Huff Realty Realtor. “I learned how to control the listing appointments and how to handle objections.”

Agents were also instructed how to successfully negotiate sales offers, set and reach goals one after another.

To ensure these lessons and keep them working, Huff Realty associates, with the help of their trainer, put systems and strategies in place to create a more balanced lifestyle.  This way, agents would achieve not only career satisfaction, but guarantee a less-stress environment, encouraging agents to have more fun in their daily activities.
