RISMEDIA, Oct. 12, 2007-Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, one of the largest suppliers of real estate office management software in North America, announced the purchase of the Broker BackOffice Pro management software division from Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions.
Effective September 24, 2007, the sale transferred the rights to FNRES’ Broker BackOffice Pro software to Lone Wolf. With the acquisition, the Lone Wolf Realty Management System and related products will be utilized by well over 4,000 real estate offices in Canada and the U.S., managing the financial activities of a real estate brokerage office through a fully-integrated, state-of-the-art system.
For Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, the purchase expands the privately-held company’s offerings to real estate brokerages for back office management technology.
