RISMEDIA, Oct. 18, 2007-Chase announced the opening of a new mortgage office on Staten Island at 3845 Richmond Avenue. The office supplements the 10 Chase bank branches and mortgage offices on Staten Island.
“We wanted to make it more convenient for homebuyers and real estate professionals to find a mortgage lender,” said Robert L. Schroeder, area manager for Staten Island. “Our loan officers know the local market and have developed excellent joint marketing programs for local Realtors and builders.”
Chase is celebrating its opening by inviting local politicians, real estate professionals, home builders and community leaders to a grand opening event at the office from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18. Refreshments will be served.
Chase’s mortgage office in Staten Island will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Loan officers can be reached by calling (718) 668-8750.
Schroeder, who has been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years, is a member of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. He also is a member of Leaders Club, which recognizes Chase’s top loan officers.
