Training & Business Development: The TRENDS Report Needs You!

October 23, 2007
Reading Time: 1 min read

RISMEDIA, Oct. 24, 2007-It’s countdown time with 10 weeks to go. RealSure, Inc., publisher of the Swanepoel TRENDS Report, has entered the third stage of their five phase research for their 2008 Report. During this stage the company is conducting various nationwide surveys as well as extending an open invitation to all real estate professionals or vendors to share any insights about changes, trends, new products and concepts that could shape the industry in the coming years.

Stefan Swanepoel, has been tracking real estate trends for 20 years and published his first analysis of the U.S. residential real estate industry in 1989; “A New Era in Real Estate.” However, it was the breakthrough book “Real Estate Confronts Reality” in 1997, co-authored with Tom Dooley and Michael Abelson that solidified him as one of the leading prognosticators in the industry. Now, 14 publications later, the Swanepoel TRENDS Report (www.ReTrends.com) has become the definitive annual report for everyone to read.

What has made the TRENDS Report so successful is the vastness of its inclusion, yet the simplicity of its reporting. Bordering on 170-pages the research covers the most important events of the preceding year, ventures into the coming years to help select those strategies and concepts that will change our industry and then sets suggested plans and tactics for brokers and agents to use to prepare themselves to get a jump on their competitors.

“Whether it’s coming, growing, peaking, slipping or leaving, you must know the status of all significant real estate trends if you want to remain ahead of the curve,” Swanepoel says.

For those who wish to provide any relevant material for review by the RealSure research team you are invited to contact Tom Mitchell; Mitchell@RealSure.com.
