MRIS, Oct. 29, 2007-You can now offer your clients more of the listing photos they love, at no additional charge! Keystone Photo Upload is officially up and running. It replaces UpShot and does everything UpShot did…plus so much more!
What’s new:
Upload as many as 30 photos-free!!!
Set a custom sort order
Add a caption and a description for each photo
You can use Keystone Photo Upload to add photos to your new listings and your existing listings. The new upload tool is based on Adobe Flash technology, which means it should work with Mozilla, Firefox and Safari browsers on Windows or Macintosh computers. (However, please remember that MRIS only officially supports Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7 browsers using Windows 98, Windows XP and Windows Vista.)
What you need to get started:
Your computer will need the latest version of Adobe Flash. Most computers contain an older version of Flash. If you have an older version of Flash, an UDATE box will appear once you open Keystone Photo Upload. Simply click YES to download the new version.
How to access Keystone Photo Upload:
First, you must make sure that the listing you want to add photos to has been entered into the system and has an ML#:
Select the ML# in Keystone
Expand the Navigation Menu on the left-hand side of your screen (just click the tiny icon that’s displayed to the right of the Navigation Menu heading)
Under LISTING, select PHOTO MANAGER

With Upshot, I was the only one who could start an album for my listing – and only I could upgrade to a bigger album. Does Keystone Photo Upload have the same restrictions?
No, it does not. Keystone Photo Upload enjoys all the flexibility of Keystone. Anyone who can edit your listing in Keystone can add (and edit) photos using Keystone Photo Upload. This means that anyone within your broker code who has Keystone privileges (what we call “listing” and “edit” privileges) can access photos for any listing within that broker code.
I need step by step, detailed instructions – where can I find them?
Download the Keystone Manual here.
