RISMEDIA, Jan. 30, 2008-LeasingDeskTM Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of RealPage, Inc., and a provider of point of lease systems to the multifamily industry, announces Larry Bellack as strategic account manager. In his new role, Bellack will be primarily responsible for growing market share for LeasingDesk’s flagship product, eRenterPlanTM, within the multifamily industry.
Bellack will serve the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions by educating multifamily owner/operators on the importance of utilizing risk mitigation products to safeguard properties and increase NOI. Additionally, he will partner with trade and industry associations to expand LeasingDesk brand awareness on national, state and local levels.

According to the company, Bellack brings more than 22 years of experience in national sales and marketing program development as well as extensive knowledge of the multifamily industry. He has worked closely with the National Apartment Association on various committees since 2000 and served as the chairman of the National Suppliers Council in 2003.
Prior to joining LeasingDesk, he served as vice president for AZUMA Leasing, the nation’s fastest growing in-unit washer and dryer leasing company. He created and implemented a national marketing program to generate AZUMA brand recognition within the industry as well as increase the company’s annual sales. As southern region field sales manager in the Property Management Segment with Sears, Roebuck & Company, Bellack managed national marketing programs and contract sales.
Bellack also managed his own business, One Source Supply, which provided maintenance repair parts to apartment owners/operators. Serving the company for more than 10 years, he worked as principal and vice president, as well as managed the entire sales and financial department before selling the company in 1995 and moving into the role of major accounts manager. During his tenure, Bellack generated revenue growth of more than 500% while managing the day to day sales operations of the company.
