Coral Shores Realty Joins Foreclosure Response Team Broker/Agent Affiliate Program

RISMEDIA, Oct. 22, 2008-Scott Coloney, founder of the Foreclosure Response Team (FRT), which aids in the sale of residential and commercial properties facing foreclosure with a specialization in Short Sale transactions, has announced that the brokerage firm of Fort Lauderdale-based Coral Shores Realty, Inc. has joined the FRT Broker/Agent Affiliate Program. Broker-President Ronald Cika will work with Realtors, sellers and buyers in the entire State of Florida, Georgia and Alabama to help facilitate Short Sale transactions through the FRT.

Currently spanning throughout the state, the Broker/Agent Affiliate Program’s pioneering concept was created in recognition of the growing problem that both sellers and brokers are facing when pursuing a Short Sale transaction. The systematic network provides affiliate brokers and agents with valuable marketing and professional resources needed to increase the sellers’ success rate in the pursuit of a short sale.

“As the Broker-President of Coral Shores Realty, I have had the opportunity to evaluate new ideas in light of the current real estate market conditions. With short sales dominating the landscape, I have been approached by literally dozens of individuals and companies that have tried to invent a better mouse trap to handle these types of transactions. “I was attracted to the Foreclosure Response Team because their approach was geared towards marketing and technology, in addition to the back room systems necessary to deal with the foreclosing banks,” he added.

Ronald Cika has over 29 years of real estate, mortgage and title insurance experience serving the Florida community. With over 750 agents and 11 offices statewide, Coral Shores Realty is “Florida’s Real Estate Company.” All agents are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds and are all committed to excellence and the business of real estate.

According to Cika, Short Sale transactions comprise 25% of Coral Shores Realty’s total business. Having a company that can successfully market and close 80% of those transactions will substantially increase our bottom line, as well as allow for more homeownership with the least amount of financial hardship to the sellers of these types of properties.

Additional resources available to affiliate brokers and agents that also greatly benefit small to mid-size offices include: a Web-based solution at www.ForeclosureResponseTeam.com that automates the process and maintains communication for the broker, seller and finance department, marketing materials and forms under the brokerage brand, and a secure and credible network affiliation through The Coloney Group, the #1 sales team for RE/MAX in the Florida region.

What’s more, FRT has implemented a 90-120 day marketing plan with a systematic approach to evidence the history of a homeowner’s listing. This enables FRT to provide the lender with a price offer based on in-depth tracking in the areas of progressive price reduction, evaluated on time on the market, interest from potential buyers, or offers by serious prospects.

FRT is made up of veteran real estate professionals in the areas of finance, legal, sales and credit. Through FRT’s departmentalized structure, real estate agents are relieved of the cumbersome and complicated tasks associated with the administration, management and processing of Short Sale transactions, allowing them the opportunity to focus on the sale of the home.

Other broker affiliates across the state include RE/MAX Coastal Living based in Bonita Springs, Premier International Properties in Fort Lauderdale and The Coloney Group, the #1 sales team for RE/MAX in the Florida region. FRT has aggressive plans to expand operations nationally, as well as create a global network for Realtors and buyers who wish to purchase real estate in Florida. Coral Shores Realty, Inc. is headquartered at 2699 E Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306. Broker-President Ronald Cika can be reached at 954-568-9698. The Foreclosure Response Team office is located at 1507 East Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
