MRIS, March 16, 2009-MRIS is pleased to announce the availability of the new Online Payment Service to help you manage your account with us! This online, self-service payment system is available on the MRIS website under the My Account link and is fast, convenient and easy to use. The new system gives you the freedom to update your billing information, make payments, check your balance, and view paid invoices anytime you want.
This new service is available to you when you need it. You no longer have to call during certain hours and wait to speak to a representative. We’re still here if you need us, but you will be able to complete your transactions whenever you want. The credit/debit information you enter is encrypted to the financial industry standards and once entered only the last four digits of the card are visible.
When you log in to the Online Payment Service you can also update your billing address, credit/debit card information and expiration date. You do not need to print forms, fax information, or wait. All it takes is a few short steps online and you are finished.
