RISMEDIA, May 7, 2010—Today’s home buyers want numbers and current information in order to paint an accurate picture of the real estate market. With over 2,800 contacts in his database, staying in front of his clients is crucial for Frank, and the Housing Trends eNewsletter, he says, makes it easy.

“Each newsletter is branded with my information, including my e-mail address, my phone number and a link to my website, making it easy for clients and new prospects to get in touch with me should they need additional information,” says Frank.

From the beginning, Frank has been impressed with how easy it is to distribute and share the newsletter on a monthly basis.

“I am alerted as soon as the newsletter is up and ready, and with just a few clicks of the mouse, I can cut and paste the content into a mail merge e-mail program and distribute it to each of my contacts.”

Not only does Frank send the newsletter through e-mail, he also uses the information as an integral part of his social media efforts.

“In addition to posting a banner on my website that links to my personalized newsletter, I can copy any of the information from the newsletter and paste it in my blog, add it to Facebook or share it on Twitter,” explains Frank. Being able to disseminate the information quickly and to an infinite number of people has created a viral marketing platform through which the information consumers are seeking can be accessed and shared.
