Real Estate Marketing Technology of the Future in Focus at REMS 2011 Next Week

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Real estate brokers and teams alike will gather next week to learn and take away immediately actionable items at this year’s Real Estate Marketing Summit 2011 being held Dec. 14-15 at the historic Hotel del Coronado in San Diego.

Real Estate Marketing Summit 2011 is in the process of making the final preparations for this year’s event. Held at the Hotel del Coronado last year, REMS 2010 was highly successful and this year it is expected to be even better.

The REMS 2011 will include over eight hours of detailed broker- and team-focused topics, including the top reasons why systems purchased are not working for their agents and ways to turn them around; recruiting strategies to garnish the very best agents; and how to triple lead conversions.

Featured speakers at the REMS 2011 will include Steve Hundley, CEO of 1parkplace, Inc., Krisstina Wise, CEO and Consultant of the GoodLife Team, Chris Smith, Chief Evangelist of Inman Next, and Greg Neuman, CEO of Neuman & Neuman Real Estate Team, Prudential California Realty. There will be more than 30 top industry leaders in attendance as well.

The focus for this year’s event is on real estate marketing technology of the future. “Every aspect of this topic will be examined with the help of those who are perfecting these practices,” said Hundley. “New systems will be featured for the 2012 marketing strategy that when implemented can be quite beneficial at dominating the marketplace for the ultimate result – generating maximum listings.”

The Hotel del Coronado is one of the most popular beach resorts in American and was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1977. Guests are only a few steps from the Pacific Ocean and the range of rooms includes some with full ocean views. For business, there are few hotels with the options provided by the Hotel del Coronado. The hotel features over 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

The organizers have also provided a discounted rate for attending this year’s REMS to all RISMedia readers. They may visit http://realestatemarketingsummit.com/rismedia/ to take advantage of this special offer.
