HUNT Real Estate ERA recently announced that Dennis Dargavel has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Niagara Association of REALTORS®. A licensed real estate Associate Broker with the West Seneca branch office of HUNT Real Estate ERA and the Brisbane downtown office of HUNT Commercial, Dargavel brings a wealth of experience to the Board.
“My intentions are to be an accessible and effective advocate for all the members of our Association,” says Dennis Dargavel, a licensed Associate Broker since 1974 and with HUNT Real Estate ERA since 2003.

Dargavel represents a broad base of clients involved in the purchase and sale of commercial, residential and industrial real estate across Western New York. He has a comprehensive knowledge of real estate trends, patterns and issues involving Upstate New York communities and successfully manages complex real estate negotiations involving both government and private-sector entities.
Dargavel has been a member of the Board of Commissioners for the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority, a Deputy Comptroller and Director of Real Estate for the City of Buffalo, as well as other prestigious positions within the industry.
