Michele Hagan joins Real Living Lifestyles with many years of education in coaching and teaching people how to build their businesses. With her extensive experience, Hagan is expected to be a key asset in the real estate arena.
Hagan has been an attorney practicing real estate law since 1994, having completed seminars as a presenter on many legal matters. Also, providing advice concerning numerous legal issues including liabilities, land use, civil rights, and zoning cases. Hagan also earned a undergraduate degree in City Planning (Urban Studies & Planning) from UC San Diego.
Being a former executive director and a professor for over eight years has helped Hagan learn several ways to help people build successful careers. As a professor, Hagan developed and presented several real estate continuing education seminars. As an executive director at CA Community Colleges Real Estate Education Center, Hagan led a non-profit real estate education center serving 110 community colleges, students, real estate teachers, and the general public.
Hagan earned her real estate broker’s license and has represented buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including residential, income properties, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She also has a background consulting on real estate values, risks, strategies, and property management issues. Real Living agents are thrilled to have Hagan as part of the Real Living team.
