Prudential California Realty is bringing new technology to its agents and customers in Orange County that promises to redefine how real estate is bought and sold. Virtual Customization, Virtual Staging, Virtual Decorating, and Interactive Floor Plans are just of few of tools in this powerful online system. This cutting edge technology, branded My Edge, is powered by Obeo and provides Prudential agents with the most innovative and futuristic system available in real estate today, the company reports.

Potential buyers will be able to customize Prudential listings right online. Obeo’s Style Designer with designer created mood boards will allow them to personalize a listing with the décor that inspires them. Buyers can decorate rooms with multiple furniture choices, change-flooring types, try out different countertops, change out cabinets, paint with different designer palettes and so much more. The interactive floor plans allow a buyer to virtually walk through a home to plan changes and alterations for their needs.

Virtual Customization is one of the features Prudential agents can offer their clients. According to the company, My Edge takes automation to a whole new level, The Obeo HomeSite Platform is a complete website built to display properties in beautiful HD photography, full-screen virtual tours, and plenty of interactive tools. Not only will potential buyers enjoy the convenience of visiting a website completely custom for every listing, searching for it on the web will be a breeze thanks to SEO boosting. Prudential listings will skyrocket with a sub-domain for each virtual tour link. This will provide powerful SEO, along with custom keyword tagging of HTML virtual tours, property websites, video page, even social media all in one click.

While some of these technologies have been around for a while, they are rarely used by Agents because of the knowledge and skill required to use them. The company notes that Prudential’s My Edge system provides its agents the ease of automation and efficiency. The Agent’s property marketing will now be done for them with a system that allows them to focus on more customer service related tasks. Home Sellers will get the benefit the marketing of their home at the highest level. Obeo’s interactive tools will give Buyers and unparalleled Buying experience.
