“As our region continues to grow, our relocation team at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties plays an important role in serving businesses and transferring families in the Capital Region and Central New York,” said Jim Long, broker and co-owner of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. “Adding Watroba to our relocation team is another example of how we are continually improving our company’s services to meet the needs of our clients.”

“It will be exciting to bring new concepts and ideas to Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, which has been an established market leader in relocation for the past three decades,” said Watroba.

Watroba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management from Siena College and a Masters in Business Administration from Union Graduate College. In addition to his work with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties and Prime Companies, he serves as an adjunct marketing instructor at Siena College.
