“We are enhancing our one-stop shopping services to add value for our customers and our agents,” Chip Gardner explains. “Our affiliated Movement Mortgage company is the only one in the nation with the ability to get seven out of 10 loans closed, usually within seven business days.” While the company still does a fair share of the traditional print, radio and television advertising it is known for in the local area, Crystal Gardner, whose middle name honors her great grandmother, has revamped the company’s marketing strategies in the digital and social media space.

“Video is the future,” says Crystal Gertrude Gardner. “We have a dynamic Facebook presence, an interactive daily e-newsletter, and our own video studio that produces marketing clips, ‘A-Minute-With’ informational and ‘What’s New’ video segments, a variety of community service videos and a Sunday morning TV home show.”

The idea, notes Glenn Gardner, Chip’s father and the company’s president of Operations, is to combine the dynamics of new media marketing with the tradition the company has maintained as the region’s caring, full-service real estate company. “For four generations, we’ve been the home-grown, locally-owned, internationally known real estate company making home and investment dreams come true,” he says. “That’s a principle we’ll never change.”
