“The market has turned a corner,” Glenn Gardner reports. “Inventory is tight, rates are still attractive, and buyers who have been standing on the sidelines for a while are now jumping in. Everyone is busy, and as a result, we’re seriously recruiting.”

“Fortunately,” Chip Gardner adds, “we are seeing a flight to quality these days—both new and experienced agents who want to work for a company with generations of proven results. So we’re attracting the kind of people who believe, as we do, that exceeding the expectations of our customers and giving back to our communities are all in a day’s work.”

What’s the state of the local market?

“It’s a seller’s market,” Glenn Gardner confirms. “Pending sales and closings are up, and multiple offers are becoming the norm in many areas.”
