I’m Already too Busy and Can’t Handle Any More Business
Oh, the life of a sole proprietor! As a small business owner for more than 20 years, like many of you, I too have suffered from the “Nobody can do it as good as me syndrome.” This is one of the most limiting factors in growing your company and your business. When you believe that you are the only one that can do most of the tasks in your business, you limit your potential because of the sheer number of tasks that must be done in a day. If you are the only one doing those tasks, you will either burn out or your customer service will deteriorate. Or worse, your family and personal life will suffer.

In my opinion, the primary difference between average and exceptional agents, is that the exceptional have a coach. It is time to become the true CEO of your real estate practice and look at ways to not only grow your business, but create the lifestyle that you truly desire. Coaching can—and will—get you there.
