PSP is slated to convert to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties on Tues., June 17.

In celebration of this new partnership and company conversion, Prudential Select Properties will be hosting a Grand Open House event for viewing listings during the weekend of Sat., June 14 and Sun., June 15. PSP listings will be held open during this weekend.

Additionally, Prudential Select Properties will be holding a launch party on the day of their conversion, Tues., June 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. at each of their locations around the St. Louis region in appreciation of their clients and customers. There will also be a ribbon cutting event, which includes chamber members, and Earl Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, will be in attendance. “We could not be more excited about this brand change and partnership with the world-renowned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand,” said Maryann Vitale Alles, President and CEO of Prudential Select Properties.

The conversion to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties is more than a simple name change. The change will also bring about an opportunity to bring a new level of quality and innovation to the future of the company.

“At Prudential Select Properties, we’re already committed to serving the entire St. Louis region at the highest possible level,” said Vitale Alles. “This powerful new network will help us as we strive to maintain our reputation as the most trusted real estate company in the area. We’re beyond thrilled to be a part of this new brand and can’t wait to see what the future holds. The landscape of St. Louis real estate is about to change forever!”
