Building Rental Relationships Online with Millennials

3: Use hashtags: Millennials like to use hashtags and pass a message along, so when you post an interesting photo of a house for rent, use a clever hashtag such as #thiscouldbeyours or #adreamhousetorent and watch as the link explodes in cyberspace.

4: Tweet regularly: You want to connect to their world, so make sure you are tweeting at least a few times a day and posting on other social media sites at least daily.

5: Be responsive: Don’t just wait for Millennials to respond to your posts, be sure to like and share their posts as well. You want to create a two-way-street of communication so they feel comfortable with you and consider you someone they can turn to when it’s time for a real estate transaction.
