For the 6th year in a row, Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate was named one of Delaware’s top workplaces based on the latest workplace survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLC.
In August 2014, it was announced that Patterson-Schwartz ranked 2nd in the category for large companies and organizations with more than 400 employees in the region. Survey participants cited the company’s local ties, collaborative culture, and leadership as pivotal reasons Patterson-Schwartz is a top workplace.
Patterson-Schwartz was the feature of two articles in the annual Top Workplace section published by local media group, The News Journal. An interview with President and CEO Joe Pluscht, who was recognized as a top leader in 2014, was the focus of one of the featured articles.
“What makes us most proud of being named a top workplace is that it comes directly from the feedback from our sales associates and employees,” says Pluscht. “A company can only get better by listening to what people have to say.”
Each of the seven offices celebrated the award with a visit from an area ice cream & water ice vendor, compliments of Patterson-Schwartz.
