Long & Foster Property Management, one of the largest single-family property management and rental service companies in the country, will join forces with Clayton Residential Rentals, a full-service property management firm in North Carolina, on Jan. 1, 2015. The move brings together two family-owned property management companies and expands Long & Foster’s presence in North Carolina.
Founded in 1999, Clayton Residential Rentals operates throughout Johnston and Wake counties in North Carolina. The company employs seven full-time staff, including Hensley and Kay Scott, who are responsible for managing over 400 residential accounts. Its team has a combined total of over 50 years of residential real estate knowledge and expertise, and they offer a comprehensive suite of services, from property maintenance and marketing to accounting and administrative support.
