ReferralExchange Mobile App Makes Agent-to-Agent Real Estate Referrals a Snap

ReferralExchange recently announced the launch of a new iPhone app that makes sending and profiting from agent-to-agent referrals as easy as taking a photo of a business card on a smartphone.

The ReferralExchange iPhone app is now available for download here and you can learn more about the app here. The app offers all the same benefits of the ReferralExchange business network in the convenience of a native mobile app. A unique feature of the app is the ability to snap a picture of a business card and submit the image as a referral.

Agents can also do anything on the mobile app that they can do online − accept a referral, make status updates, send messages to other agents and clients, as well as track the success of their referrals. Another added feature enables agents to pull a referral directly from their contact list or type the information in manually. The ability to send a referral by voice message is also in the works.

“It’s always been a goal of ours to make the referral process as easy as possible for agents and for consumers,” says Scott Olsen, CEO of ReferralExchange. “The launch of the new ReferralExchange iPhone app adds another layer of convenience for the 13,000+ agents in our network − enabling them to access the power of our business network from their handset and make referrals with the touch of a button.”

ReferralExchange was built to take the hassle and uncertainty out of the referral process for real estate professionals who want to place clients with other quality agents outside of their market area, build a source of passive income by maximizing revenue on raw leads, or profit from prospects they choose not to handle themselves for whatever reason. ReferralExchange handles the entire process − from initial lead follow-up to managing all paperwork and processing, to guaranteeing that agents get paid up to a 25 percentreferral fee when a deal closes.  Agents who qualify for membership can place referrals into the service immediately and become eligible to receive referrals after one closed transaction.

Referral Exchange has experienced explosive growth since launching last year, thousands of referrals each month. In the first half of 2015, the company has already exceeded the volume of client-agent matches made in 2014.
