The Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® has tapped CRS Data’s new MLS Tax Suite to customize a high-powered tax record system designed to integrate local appraiser data. The association and CRS Data have partnered together to create an unsurpassed member benefit that merges multi-source data delivered though an innovative, easy-to-navigate platform. CRS Data is a leading provider of public record information for real estate, banking and financial professionals throughout the U.S.

“After a two-year search for the right public records provider for this project, we ultimately chose CRS Data” says Nick Jones, MLS manager for the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. “Their innovative new MLS Tax Suite is an ideal platform and their enthusiasm for customizing it to meet our members’ needs makes CRS Data a natural fit for MAAR.”

Through the agreement, CRS Data will work with the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® to provide their 3,000-plus members with online access to a wide variety of property tax information. From a range of customizable map views and presentation displays, neighborhood and comparable information to in-depth search capabilities, CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite has been designed for maximum navigation and usability across almost any mobile device. The new MLS Tax Suite now incorporates a refined values tool that allows members to create values for home renovations and remodel projects based on local renovation data. The renovation values can help create a more accurate comparable listing for properties.

“This new partnership has helped us chart a new path for the public records system,” says Jack Jominy, sales executive for CRS Data. “By incorporating data from a range of sources, we can work together to elevate the reliability and value of our data, and ultimately create an unsurpassed customized system that delivers high quality presentations.”

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., CRS Data currently provides access to comprehensive property data resources in more than 12 states and 500 counties. The company most recently expanded its data service to include 67 counties in Florida. Servicing bankers, MLSs, appraisers, investors, and other specialty financial customers, CRS Data is focused on providing accurate and timely property data, quality products and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
