Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. recently extended its national franchise network’s presence in Ohio with the addition of WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Triumph Group, an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliated office located in Dublin, Ohio, formerly known as Triumph Realty. Broker/Owner Steve Wilke is in charge of the office.

Wilke has worked in real estate since 1992 and is a native of the Buckeye State currently living in Columbus. Prior to entering the real estate arena, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies doing consumer product sales. Wilke started Triumph Realty in 2002 and has a team of 30 agents. Considered a small sized agency by industry standards, Wilke and his team have consistently been ranked near the top of the 400-plus real estate agencies in Central Ohio for sales volume and average sales price.
