Drysdale Properties has announced Matt Keenan, a Central Valley real estate leader, has been hired as the Central Valley Agent Development Director. Gretchen Pearson, President/CEO of Drysdale Properties, made the announcement last week. in San Ramon, Calif.

Highly respected and well-known in the industry, Keenan is equipped with a successful background in real estate, extensive contract knowledge and has earned the respect of many of his colleagues and clients. Prior to joining Drysdale Properties, Keenan served as agent, manager, lead corporate trainer and recruiter for PMZ Real Estate coaching hundreds of real estate agents and brokers since 2001. Now, alongside fellow Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Central Valley leaders: Cindy Fraze, Modesto Branch Manager; Sharon Pascua, Stockton Branch Manager; Christine Lynch, Tracy Branch Manager; David Pfennig, Lodi Branch Manager; and Jorge Hernandez, Los Banos, Branch Manager, Keenan will be responsible for agent growth and development. His philosophy of service is also incorporated into his management style.
