RE/MAX, LLC has again ranked as the leading real estate franchise in the 2019 Franchise 500®. RE/MAX has been the top real estate franchise in the annual survey, produced by Entrepreneur magazine, for seven consecutive years.
More than 1,000 franchisors applied to be included in this year’s Franchise 500. RE/MAX was selected as the top estate franchisor because of its unit growth, financial strength, stability and brand power in 2018. This year’s Franchise 500 marks the 16th time in 20 years that RE/MAX is No. 1 in the real estate category. RE/MAX ranked 15th overall among all franchisors on the list.

To be eligible, franchisors must be seeking new franchises in the U.S. or Canada and have a minimum of 10 units open and operating as of July 31, 2018, with at least one franchise located in North America.
