Engel & Völkers Florida has announced that its Palm Beach real estate brokerage has gained a new partner. Tricia Ward-Holloway joins Amy Carr and Carol Sollak as the third license partner of Engel & Völkers Palm Beach.

“Tricia is a well-known and respected member of the community,” says Carr. “Her knowledge and expertise, coupled with her passion for the Engel & Völkers brand, will take us to new levels of success.”

Ward-Holloway joins Engel & Völkers Palm Beach with over 18 years of industry experience, specializing in commercial real estate in Florida, Maryland and New York. To her, real estate has always been a family business, as her mother was a residential REALTOR® and her father a contractor. As an active member of the community, Ward-Holloway sat on the Board of Directors as a past president of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors® and is a member of Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and Realtors® Commercial Society of Palm Beaches. She was also the recipient of the Commercial Society of Palm Beach County’s Rookie of the Year 2005 and Land Deal of the Year 2005. Ward-Holloway is also a principal in Engel & Völkers Banner Elk.

“Engel & Völkers is a brand I can proudly stand behind,” says Ward-Holloway. “I was drawn in by their global industry reputation and commitment to philanthropy—two things I highly respect.”

Carr and Sollak obtained the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Palm Beach in March 2013 and have since operated from their office on world-renowned Worth Avenue located at 150 Worth Ave #236, Palm Beach, FL 33480. They are also the principals of Engel & Völkers Wellington. The new partnership dynamic will enable Engel & Völkers Palm Beach to achieve significant growth in terms of recruiting, training and increasing listing volume.

“From a brand perspective, Palm Beach is an important market for us,” says Timo Khammash, managing partner of Engel & Völkers Florida, the company’s regional franchisor. “The lifestyle, demographics, market values and trends and international presence are representative of the business and clientele we specialize in.”
