Luxury Portfolio International®, the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® luxury segment, has announced a rebrand, with a fresh identity and logo. The change incorporates the initials “LPI,” aligning with its counterparts in the luxury vertical, as well as the slogan “Well-Connected.™,” denoting the luxury network’s reach.
The branding changes, highlighted in an introduction video, will impact Luxury Portfolio’s marketing materials and website, the latter in the process of a redesign. With the change, the biannual Luxury Portfolio Magazine has been redesigned, as well, beginning with the Mar. 2019 issue.
“The Luxury Portfolio International name is known worldwide as a designation of the leading independent luxury real estate firms in each market,” said Stephanie Anton, president of Luxury Portfolio International, in a statement. “Taking inspiration from great luxury brands like Bavarian Motor Works, aka BMW, and Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, aka LVMH, we have introduced our name with a monogram, LPI. The treatment of our monogram, or mark, was very deliberately designed as a distinctive piece of art. The cleaner and more contemporary identity reflects our evolution as a distinctive brand that represents a standard of service for the world’s most affluent consumers.
“As one of our most high-profile pieces, the magazine is a pivotal part of our brand,” Anton said. “We knew the design should be comparable to our new brand identity and our team considered all aspects of the layouts and content before completing the latest issue. The result is something we are incredibly proud to share. It’s a cleaner, more contemporary look that better reflects who we are today.”
Luxury Portfolio has more than 200 members worldwide. The announcement was made at the annual convention for LeadingRE, held in Las Vegas this week.
