JPAR Franchising, LLC (Franchising Division) has entered into a Multiple Location Expansion Agreement with Tammie Pritchett to expand the brand’s presence across Brevard County, Fla., to operate as JP & Associates REALTORS® City & Beach of Brevard. The first office has opened in West Melbourne, with two other locations in Brevard scheduled to open within the next 18 months. This is the second JP & Associates REALTORS® franchise to open its doors in Florida, with several others slated for opening throughout 2019 and 2020.
Pritchett, Matthew Arbogast and Jennifer Arling have been in the real estate business for many years. Each of these individuals has a passion for real estate, serving clients, agents, and of course, their communities. Now, they have combined forces in bringing JPAR to the Space Coast to serve the booming economy and growth the area is experiencing.

Pritchett, a native Floridian and veteran real estate agent, has owned several businesses in Brevard County for over 20 years with her partner, Joe Pritchett.
