Detroit-based Quicken Loans has announced a new partnership with Churchill Downs, the home of The Kentucky Derby, to launch the “Rocket Mortgage Homestretch Sweepstakes.”
The same company that brought America the “Quicken Loans Billion Dollar Bracket” is moving from the hardwood to the horse track and giving 20 entrants a chance to win a VIP trip to sit near the finish line of the 2019 Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve. One lucky fan will be walking away from the event with $250,000 to put toward paying off their mortgage or buying a new home.

Once entered, contestants will be placed into a random drawing where 20 finalists will be selected to experience a VIP trip for two to The Kentucky Derby, with all airfare and accommodations included. Upon arriving at The Kentucky Derby, each finalist will be randomly assigned a horse competing in the race. The finalist whose corresponding horse wins The Kentucky Derby will win $250,000 to put toward their mortgage.
To be eligible for the Rocket Mortgage Homestretch Sweepstakes, entrants must be at least 21 years of age and a U.S. citizen. The entry period is Monday, March 18, 2019, through 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 7, 2019.
