Southwestern Pennsylvania-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty was honored this month at the 2019 National Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Convention in Las Vegas, Nev. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty was named No. 7 in transaction sides and the No. 11 company in the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

“To be ranked No. 7 in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, which boasts over 300 other companies with nearly 1,400 offices, is an incredible feat,” states Tom Hosack, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. “It is a true testament to the hard work and dedication put in by our sales associates and staff. This provides even more motivation to continue to grow our business in 2019.”

In addition to the company’s recognition, top local sales professionals also received awards. Lebanon Regional office ranked No. 93 in units out of over 48,000 sales associates nationwide.

“With over 48,000 agents in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, it is an incredible honor to have five of our agents/teams in the top 100,” says Jim Saxon, president and COO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. “These individuals are hardworking, dedicated and strive to provide the best service to their clients. They are at the top of their game and well deserving of this national recognition.”

In conjunction with the national convention, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty held a local awards ceremony to honor its award-winning agents.
