Residential real estate brokerage and property management company RE/MAX of Pueblo announced today that it acquired Jones-Healy Realtors®, the largest full-service, locally-owned real estate company in Pueblo and Southern Colorado.

RE/MAX of Pueblo, founded in 1980, reported 845 transaction sides in 2018. The RE/MAX franchise opened a second real estate office in 1994 in Pueblo West (RE/MAX Pueblo West). RE/MAX Pueblo West posted 445 sides last year. The two offices combined currently feature 47 agents and accounted for 21.2 percent of the local sales volume in 2018.

Opening its doors in 1934, residential and commercial real estate brokerage Jones-Healy Realtors® featured 31 agents at the time of acquisition. The real estate company serviced Pueblo West, Fowler, Canon City, Penrose, Florence, Beulah, Rye, Colorado City and Wetmore. Jones-Healy Realtors® facilitated 220 transaction sides in 2018, resulting in 7.13 percent of the local sales volume.

“Our entire team is thrilled at the opportunity to expand the RE/MAX brand in Southern Colorado,” says RE/MAX of Pueblo Co-Broker/Owner Gary Miller. “Jones-Healy Realtors® is a respected and trusted local real estate company, providing outstanding service to their clients for 85 years. We wholeheartedly welcome its agents to RE/MAX of Pueblo and RE/MAX Pueblo West.”

“We have a top-notch group of roughly 25 agents who would be a great addition to any local real estate company,” says Jones-Healy Realtors® CEO and Broker Daniel Molello. “We chose to join RE/MAX of Pueblo and Pueblo West because they share our values, have exceptional leadership and are backed by the RE/MAX brand, the No. 1 name in real estate. As the oldest real estate company in Southern Colorado, our legacy demands we keep our values and be relevant in the Pueblo real estate industry.”
