Fathom Realty announced several new leaders to its leadership team:.

Carole Lynch
District Director: South Orange County, Calif.
Lynch has developed and honed her skills practicing and leading for the past 20 years in Orange County, Calif. For the last seven years, she was a managing broker for an international independent real estate company, and oversaw, at one point, over 200 agents. Not only did she oversee the day-to-day operations, but also implemented strategies to streamline procedures, worked one-on-one with agents, handled conflict resolution and provided weekly training. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS® and Orange County Association of REALTORS®.

Cheryl Spencer-Rahman
District Director: Winston-Salem, N.C.
Spencer-Rahman has enjoyed a career in real estate since 2007 in the Triad area of North Carolina. Whether she’s assisting agents new to the industry, experienced agents in refreshing their outlook or educating buyers/sellers in what could be their biggest investment, it’s all done with the desire to help others. Her path to “servant leadership” began when she joined the military at age 18 and has continued throughout her life. Being allowed to continue to help agents create legacies and clients realize their dream of being a homeowner or an investor, Spencer-Rahman feels like she’s definitely found her fit.

Donald (Don) Leonard
District Director: Central West Houston, Texas
Leonard started his real estate career in 1983 as a salesperson for Coldwell Banker in Houston. Over the last 37 years, he has held many positions from salesperson to broker/owner of a RE/MAX franchise with over 80 agents for 12-plus years. He has taught, mentored, trained and coached thousands of agents and many of them today are among the top producers in their respective markets. Personally, he has closed over 3,000 transactions in his 37 years in the business. He has hosted several radio shows in the Houston, Texas market and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission instructor teaching pre-licensing courses, continuing education, broker responsibility and Legal 1 and 2. Excited about what Fathom has to offer and their servant attitude, Leonard knew this was where he needed to be to help as many agents as possible with their careers.

Jeff Valentino
District Director: Greensboro, N.C.
Since 2014, Valentino has used his previous marketing and sales experience to help clients get the results they desire when buying, selling or investing in real estate. After managing both independent and large franchise real estate offices he is excited to start his next chapter as a leader with Fathom. He is looking forward to continuing to grow the Greensboro, N.C., market and help agents build the business they desire.

Jim Doyle
District Director: Northwest Houston, Texas
Doyle has been in real estate for almost 20 years and a broker for over 16 years in the Houston market. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Information Systems. He is also a proud veteran of the U. S. Army. Prior to starting his real estate career, he worked in the Information Technology sector, rising to the position of chief information officer. Most recently, he owned his own brokerage. Doyle has also worked in the mortgage business as a mortgage broker and a branch manager for a mortgage company. He looks forward to his new role with Fathom as he enjoys helping other agents reach their business goals as well as assisting the company in the growth of the Houston market.

John Longbrake
District Director: Nashville, Tenn.
Innovation and creativity are the earmarks of what makes a business not only survive but to thrive. This is the foundation of how Longbrake has created ways to stand out and persevere in the real estate business for over 13 years within the middle Tennessee market. Longbrake looks forward to helping agents grow their businesses and continuing to build the Nashville market with Fathom through providing world class customer service and sales strategies in the Tennessee market.
