The Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS® has chosen CRS Data to service public records tax data to their 400-plus members. The association services York, Lancaster and Chester Counties in South Carolina, as well as the Lake Wylie Area and Charlotte. “Our membership services are of utmost importance to us,” said Dottie France, RCE, e-Pro, association executive for the Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS®.  “Our Board chose the CRS Data MLS Tax Suite because of the program’s optimization on mobile devices, accuracy of property data and the availability of their customer service team to answer questions and reply thoroughly to our members’ needs.”

The 2-year partnership agreement equips members of the Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS® with online access to a wide variety of property tax data. From customizable maps, neighborhood and comparables information to in-depth search capabilities and prospecting options, CRS Data’s MLS Suite has been designed for maximum navigation and usability.

“This is an exciting time for our association as we grow and respond to the needs of new homebuyers in South Carolina and North Carolina,” said France. “We are very pleased to provide the best public records tax data tool available for our members in order to access the information their clients need at any time.”

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., CRS Data currently provides access to comprehensive property data resources in hundreds of counties across the U.S. Servicing bankers, MLSs, appraisers, investors, and other specialty financial customers, CRS Data is focused on providing accurate and timely property data, quality products and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
