California-based Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty recently announced a merger with EGA Homes, expanding into Riverside, Calif. The new office—the second Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty office—is co-owned by Kelli and Vance Vanevenhoven and Ruben and Jennifer Hernandez.
