The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) has announced the 2018 A-List of agents and teams, and mortgage originators, based on sales volume and transactions.
AREAA’s Real Estate A-List, presented by Bank of America, is comprised of 50 top agents and 10 top teams. Combined, the agents sold 3,355 homes for $2,156,563,909, for an average of 67 homes and $43,131,278 per agent. California and Hawaii led the states with the greatest representation, with 16 and 11 of the top 50, respectively. Combined, the teams sold 3,277 homes for $2,090,053,190, for an average of 328 homes and $209,005,319 per team.
AREAA’s Mortgage Originator A-List, presented by Radian, is comprised of 20 top mortgage originators. Combined, the mortgage originators funded 3,826 transactions for $2,036,402,844.52, for an average of 182 transactions for $101,820,142.23 per mortgage originator.
